Privacy policy

In short: Holy Bible does not collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics or tracking tools.

Android and iPhone app

It works offline. The Bible text, the photos and the prayers are inside the app.
Your highlights, bookmarks, notes and settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to any server.
It doesn't use advertising identifiers, location, contacts, camera or microphone.
When you share a verse or a postcard, you choose which app to share it with; Holy Bible doesn't see what you send.
Voluntary contributions: if you decide to support the project, the payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own privacy policy. The app never sees or stores any payment details; it only receives confirmation that the contribution was completed.
Optional natural voice: if you tap “Listen”, the app downloads the audio from our servers (biblia.website and Cloudflare) and stores it on your device. As with any download, those servers see your IP address, but the app sends no personal data and does not identify you.

It doesn't use cookies, analytics, ads or any third-party tracking tools.
What you keep in “Saved” is stored only in your browser (local storage) and you can delete it whenever you like.
The website is served by a hosting provider which, like any server, may technically and temporarily log data such as the IP address for operation and security.
The donation page links to Ko-fi (PayPal and cards); when you use it, its own privacy policy applies.
Crypto donations are sent directly to a public address, without going through this website.
