Good morning. Before your day begins, take a pause. Breathe slowly and remember that God is here with you.

Psalms 103:8-128The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. 9He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever. 10He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. 11For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. 12As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

Ephesians 4:32And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
Prayer
Kindness that forgives
God of grace, in Christ you have forgiven me far more than I can imagine. Today I want to treat others with that same kindness. Make me kind and compassionate, attentive to anyone suffering in silence. If I am holding resentment against someone, help me release it into your hands. I don't want to start the day carrying old offenses. Give me the courage to apologize when I am wrong and the generosity to forgive when I am wronged. May my home and my workplace be a little kinder because I was there. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
